Want to make your own Mobile Pallet DJ Studio? Here’s how:
First, I made a wooden frame using 4×4 posts for the vertical supports and 2×2 boards as the horizontal supports and reinforced with metal angle brackets. I cut a deck board in half and used that to mount a set of drawer pulls to, and the drawer will hold my synthesizer or other equipment.
Next, I clad the top and three sides in pallet wood. I built a set of cabinet doors for the fourth side and mounted them with a set of galvanized fence hinges because I liked the industrial look.
Finishing this Mobile Pallet DJ Studio:
I sanded everything with 80-grit and then 120-grit paper, wiping the surfaces down to remove excess dust. Next, I applied a clear varnish. I chose several designs for the stencils and printed them out, then cut them on a Canson. Finally, I spray-painted the stencils. I installed a set of locking casters after everything dried. The important things I had to consider were to make it sturdy without being too heavy, and it had to be strong enough to protect expensive electronics. I also got a good set of casters.

A l’intérieur, il y a un tiroir qui me permet de mettre un synthétiseur ou des pads et en dessous de ranger du matériel. J’ai poncé au 80/120 et j’ai mis un vernis incolor. Pour les pochoirs, j’ai fais le choix de mes écritures sur ordinateur que j’ai imprimé et ensuite découper sur canson. Et pour finir, j’ai peint à la bombe.
