Here's how I built my 5-Hour Pallet Coffee Table:
I had to do about two hours of sanding and general prepping of the lumber. 2 hours to assemble. 1 hour to finish. The most challenging part of assembling was the inside frame. I couldn't screw safely into the sides of my tabletop boards because they were too thin. I compensated for this by adding a 2x4" to the inside to have a place to secure the top boards too. I assembled the table in about two hours. I applied the finish in about an hour. I'm very pleased with my 5-hour Pallet Coffee Table. It fits the room well, and the color is very complimentary.
