So we worked on the kitchen for approx. 13 months...weekends, some nights after work, some days off from work that we had! The hardest part was ensuring that we had enough boards that were similar enough to create on cupboard door....from cupboard to cupboard we weren't so worried! We were lucky enough that the warehouse we got our pallets from was generously putting out "stock" so to speak, that we had lots to choose from! The drawers were easy to do, but the Lazy Susan gave us a run for our money! Our kitchen is not square, so figuring out angles and cupboard sizes was a little tricky. Fortunately, screws, hinges and handles were all we needed...and we got those from the neighbourhood Home Hardware and Lee Valley.
