I have just used and ordinary orbital sander.
Wow this set looks very comfortable! Great job. How can I get the step by step instructions? I would love to make the chair for my husband for Father’s Day. I am sure that when I complete the chair, my husband will want to make the others items. They look so nice!
I am just a beginner in working with pallets or any kind of wood. I do hope you have instructions with pictures.

Sorry for taking so long to reply.
I used standard measurement to suite a cushion 500mmx500mm for the seat. Height from floor to seat 450mm, 250mm to arm rest. the back can be a height that’s comfortable to you.
I use both type then use sanding sealer
Thanks Jerry. i use an orbital sander just to take the roughness off. To get it real smooth use both belt and orbital.
I would like to know that , too, about the sander… belt sander or palm sander?
can you tell me which best sander to sand all wood smooth ?
