I found this pallet tool to be extremely helpful in tearing down pallets to use the wood for projects. It is really easy to use and my back does not hurt when I’m done. :)

well, it’s half the amount of yours and it worked great for me!
We made our own version of this at work and it takes pallets apart in seconds. Only one split board in every thirty too. It’s taking the nails out that’s time consuming now. Anyone managed to find a quick way to denail? I’m looking to start a social enterprise business next year making items from reclaimed wood, giving training and work roles to people with disabilities and other problems that affect their job prospects.
pallets? Most interested in your post, where are based? If UK, does your version of the palletpaw deal with euro Do you have a sketch of the tool you use?
I use a sawzall with a 10″ bi metal blade to cut through nails.. Once the boards are off, the nail head pops right through with a small punch and hammer. Time consuming but it works.

Sounds like someone works for Cargo Cycles
Nothing wrong with a claw hammer but mechanical advantage is our friend.
waar is dit te kry?
whats wrong with the claw end of a hammer?
there is more of a chance of damaging the boards using a claw hammer, but for someone with back problems I would suggest using Izzy Swans Pallet Pal – So easy a 7 yr old can use it !pallet-pal/cdfa
