Pallet Cooler

I see these selling for $150. So I decided to make my own. The ones I have seen only use 1/2″ styrofoam for insulation with bathroom plastic paneling for the inside. They only hold ice for about five hours. The one I made uses a Igloo cooler I had laying around and I built around it. I then found a place in town that sales the handles and star tacks and other cast iron items. The rest is stencils I traced off my computer screen and cut out. Then paint them on the front and legs.
